Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to the Lake Nakuru National Park, a protected game sanctuary for endangered species of the  Black/ White rhino among other usual game such as the leopard and Lion. We will have lunch at the camp followed by an afternoon game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight at flamingo Hill Camp (full board).

Start your day with an invigorating early morning game drive, then return for a delicious breakfast before setting off for the renowned Maasai Mara Game Reserve. Its name, meaning “spotted plains” in the Maa language, hints at the stunning landscape awaiting you. As Africa’s ultimate wildlife reserve, the Maasai Mara boasts the highest concentration of large mammals, earning global recognition.

Adjacent to Tanzania’s Serengeti, the Mara is famous for hosting the annual wildebeest migration. Upon arrival, check-in and enjoy a satisfying lunch before embarking on an evening game-viewing drive. Brace yourself for breathtaking sights of rolling savannahs adorned with scattered shrubs and bush thickets.

As you traverse the vast plains, prepare to witness an incredible array of wildlife, perhaps only previously glimpsed on television screens!

On Day 3, immerse yourself in the wonders of Masai Mara. This expansive reserve offers a deep dive into its rich wildlife. Here, you can encounter majestic elephants, graceful giraffes, formidable lion prides, and vast herds of impala, topi, grants, and Thomson’s gazelle. Bird enthusiasts will delight in the diverse avian population, including 450 recorded species, among which 57 are birds of prey.

Masai Mara is renowned for hosting the annual migration of millions of wildebeest from the Serengeti plains, a spectacle of nature as they traverse in search of water and grazing grounds. For a truly unforgettable experience, consider soaring above the Mara-Serengeti ecosystem in a hot air balloon, followed by a sumptuous champagne breakfast (available at an additional cost).

We’ll start with a morning game drive, followed by breakfast. Then, we’ll check out and head towards Lake Naivasha, the first of the Rift Valley Lakes, nestled at the base of Mount Longonot. Lake Naivasha holds historical significance as the landing spot for East Africa’s inaugural air-passenger flights by Imperial Airways. Following lunch at the lodge, we’ll stroll along the lake’s shores and embark on a boat ride to admire the diverse birdlife soaring above.

Return for dinner and overnight at Naivasha Sopa Lodge (full board).
